ok got started the 7th of december to submit tgp galleries i been pushing mainly fuckyoucash , and been doing about 2 galleries a day.
i been told to put less hardcore images(givin to much away) and more text , its a learning process.. obviously its a learning process , i will stat putting less hardcore images and more text starting today, let see how it makes a difference. now i think this stats suck , would u agree, anyone else like to comment on their firsts tgp stats. im using chameleon submitter, should i be using other software ?
how many galleries should i been doing a day ? i have the time.
each gallery usually takes me about 45 minutes design and upload and submit. am i taking to long ?

well any input is apreciated.

TGP traffic is terrible. So far you only have 293 unique hits to your sponsors. It might take 500, 1000, 2000 or even higher before you get a signup. Unless you have more experience converting bad traffic. Even then I'm not so sure. I have not done a tgp gallery in a long time. Some one with more current experience should be able to tell you what average ratios to expect.

you havent made a sale yet so you cant even start to figure out your sales ratio. In order to accurately get a handle on your stats use this formula....

# of unique visitors to your galleries divided by total sales for the specified period.

you will need more then just a sale to accurately gauge traffic.

So far your traffic volume looks pretty weak.

I agree that you are giving away too much hardcore... the idea is to tease the person... convince them that it's a great idea to join the site to get off.

For now, I think you should look at how many uniques you are getting to your gallery, and compare that to the number of people that are clicking through to your sponsor. That will show you how many are choosing to visit the sponsor and at least give you an idea of how well you are pushing traffic to the sponsor from your gallery. You want to improve that number right now because you need to get more traffic through so you have a higher chance of getting sales.

I've never done a single gallery in my life, I hate doing those. I just use blogs and am doing fine with that. You get much better sales to click ratios, use much less bandwidth and it's faster to make post than galleries, at least I think so.

Then again you have to really know how to link, you have to make your own traffic, not just submit it to the masses. But that's why you get sales.

if you dont build em, dont bother commenting....... I hate to tell you bill, but they still convert.

Here's the deal.

A lot of it has to do with picking the correct sponsor. What I mean by correct sponsor is the one that works with you, and your particular sense of perversion.

You should go through a few, send about 2000 hits to each one. If you don't get a sign up, (at least a trial by then and yes even with tgp traffic) move on to another one.

As far as your galleries go. (This is all personal opinion, but) I disagree with not using hardcore. You have to get accepted by the tgp's and they are certainly going to accept the harder stuff over the lesser stuff because it's all about competition and everyone else is doing it.

Also, (again personal opinion) I don't like sequential stuff. I find a variety of content selection works well. It should still be a series, but have the model taking off her clothes, sucking a cock, taking it from behind, taking it upside down. Give the surfer something to look at that says that sponsor has some good shit and not the shit you're going to see on every other site.

Of course the sponsor needs to have good shit. Which brings me back to sponsors. Use the big name guys with exclusive content. Not these guys who are building these small fucking sites who are going to be selling out to a bigger one in a week or so and purchasing content that you can see on other sites to sign up on.

Sure the competition is big, but so is the potential client and he has reason to stick around because the big guys are constantly making new sites and adding new content so even when sales drop a new site pops up and your sales pick up again. Also you don't have to deal with the madness of trying to get a check for a crummy fifty bucks because the sponsor changed accounting firms when they sold out because they couldn't keep their pint size site going with over used content.

I'm not talking about your sponsor though. Don't even know them, so if you get a sign up after a couple thousand keep sending. You should still be collecting as many good sponsors as you can though and spreading things out just to cover yourself.

Everybody knows that galleries take much more traffic to convert than blogs do. That's why so many are using blogs. However when you submit a gallery your putting it in a network that pushes lots of traffic right too it.

I'm sure they still convert, and if you prefer doing those then more power too you. I'm just saying that many like doing the blog format and with Edsadmin being a newbie he might have better luck with a blog.

At the least he should try both and see how they do for him.

There's no reason not to use both. There's no conflict (except laziness). There's a little conflict with free sites and blogs because link lists accept blogs and I (personally) feel you can market more sponsors with one blog than one free site.

Your gallery submissions can even be used to build your blogs.

And the reason so many people are using blogs is because it is by far the easiest to install "low rent" cms system ever invented on the internet.

your galleries need a lot of work.
those giant headers and footers arent good, plus you really need to get some creative text on them instead of the banners..
