as a sales manager i am always curious what the people want

we have rss feeds( some programs ), hosted galleries, free content, members area access, hosted flv files ( some programs ), 500 paysites ( mostly exclusive ) high pps ( up to 50 ) and 8 support people

please let me know.. Lets work something out. Id love to hear from you guys

Well I just took a look at your sites to see if you had anything I could promote, but I don't see any. Most of your sites could really all be in one single one. I'd say out of the 40 sites you have they really are only about 3 different ones.

Pretty much all of them are just girls getting it hard and nasty, with some sick stuff I would not touch. Nothing really different or high quality. You ask what I want, so I'll tell you. Big, high quality sites with really different niches.

I tend to do both, certainly having an original promo page or fhg versus the same one that everyone else is using, is to your advantage. I'm wondering what significant differences any of you see with regard to sales....

My network is so new that i don't have enough traffic to judge yet, I can guarantee it is better then any ratio i had using FHG.

I can also tell that people hang out more on my sites now then when i was just pushing the same thing as everyone else.

We want conversions. If you can't give us conversions, it's just a friggin sales pitch.

Everyone has the greatest site ever and then when you sign up you send 10k hits and you get shit for conversions.

I know the guys who work, and even if I don't get what I want I get enough to keep me around.

There's only so much time in a day so stick with the guys who actually make you sales and dabble a little but don't put too much into anything too "NEW" or too "UNIQUE".

I'd agree and disagree with PP both. Conversion is best when it's a new site with something quality that people would actually sign up for. To answer the original poster, what I would like to see is more new original porn sites, ones that aren't there simply for shock value but ones that produce high quality content that is meant to arouse, not to get grossed out or shocked. No amount of content, feeds, fhgs or whatever will help the content itself.

I've seen Meatholes before and I'm not one to judge, but IMO or maybe wishful thinking but my experience tends to tell me that it's not just wishful, i.e. more surfers would be willing to sign up for a site that was titillating and arousing as opposed to extreme raunch. Rape fantasies and degradation have their place in porn and just because I don't promote them doesn't mean I'm trying to give you a hard time; but I'm wondering just how many porn surfers/consumers go for that stuff. I would figure not that much, in which case no amount of promo tools from the sponsor will increase the amount of signups.

I may be naive but I think there are less male porn consumers who would find a woman licking cum off a toilet seat in a Jiffy John than those who would get aroused by pretty women who do 'normal' stuff, that includes a big spectrum of sex that doesn't have to do with the psychological aspect of humiliation - anal, facial, bondage, dp, you name it, can and is done on some sites, with the right mix of dirty and sexy. Even golden shower stuff or more hardcore can be done in a psychologically 'safe' way where everyone is having a good time as opposed to the 'abuse' aspect.

I think it's true, most males want to see normal hot sexy girls who perform normal maybe kinky sex than something too dirty or underground.

Unfortunately, you can find that in Playboy or Hustler or your local strip club. You don't have to cruise the web for it and if you are you're probably in a social network site looking for them.

As far as all the tools, I agree with phuckbunny. Give me content. Not tools. I have my own methods and don't need your tools unless you have good ideas or techniques to go with them like the advice you'll find in this forum at times.

On the other hand, I have one sponsor who won't give me shit in way of content and I do pretty well with him, because there's is hardly any saturation of his stuff on the web.

The problem with "reality sites" if you were serious, Balls, is that there are a lot of tube sites that have that same content. I do promote some reality sites that used to very well until recently.

Now for Corleone, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that "gagging" sells. I am for complete sexual freedom and won't judge who likes what. Porn Punk said it well about the whole niche deal and how the niches do sell, like you did.

What I was saying is that stastically, Alexia Cage might convert 1:10, but there's only so many people who like to eat shit. Whereas Abby Winters is one of the most successful adult sites in history b/c it's arousing vs shocking and gross. The issue in answer to your question is that no amount of marketing will make people who want to see pretty girls naked will change their minds to want to pay money to join a site that shows those naked pretty girls in what essentially amounts to violent degradational fantasies against women. I am no prude, I promote BDSM, orgy, watersports, you name it, but I draw the line at something that is obviously idiotically offensive and dumb. Like gagging. I would like to know what content you think isn't plastered all over tube sites? My reality sites haven't suffered any more then the other niches i promote lately. I also like the fact that i can push them in both reality and their respective normal niches.
