Fork in the road, A little Newbie help.

Hello everyone, Newb here.

I have been working on starting an Adult Entertainment Business. I have set up my biz account, recieved my company tax number and am currently in the process of designing a site. I came accrost the academy on accident and started reading. It has accured to me that i do not have the fundind to purchase the kind of content that is expected from a pay site. Although eventually i would like to produce all of my own content i cant do that yet either.

It accured to me to set up a couple free sites to test the waters and make a little income before continueing further. Then once i get my own site on line i can convert my free sites to direct to me instead of others. Also they free sites would be funding or help fund my projects like videos and photo shoots for my Business.

Eventually i would like to be producing high end Adult Entertainment with the big dogs in the industry. ( I set high goals ) by question is, does this plan seem like a good route, or should i be trying to find investers and start production sooner then later.

Let me know what you think, any and all advise is accepted. I am anxious to get into the industry. I have great ideas and plans for the future.

start with freesites and learn how to drive productive traffic to them..paysites are very very hard to start with unless you have alot of money for unique content and know how to get enought traffic...trust me i know...this is a fabulous place to learn the tricks of the tade,and theres great people around to answer questions...good luck whatever you do.

Thanks for the reply Daryls. I think the freesites is the best route also. They will give me experience as a webmaster and help fund production.

Any one have any advise for a good niche or two. I was thinking Teen, amatuer, asian or anal but i know they are all done to hell. I could try something off the wall like tranies, or Balloonies, but it's not my thing and i think my attention to it will lag. info?

You said that you eventually want to produce your own content so perhaps the niche for your free sites should be the same niche you want to produce.

Thanks for the obvious-punch in the face. lol. makes me think of how many times ive read, do a site based on what you like. you would have figured that would have stuck in my head.

I would like to be producing Fashion, Glam/erotica. Garters, tattoos, well shot photo shoots. I think its something that the industry is missing now adays. Quality photo and video. I love the whole 50's tyle edgy pin-up shoots.

After reading your post i have been hunting down those kinds of fetish sponsers. i should have a first time site up in about a month.

I have read alot in the cozy pages, i love the information that is provided and the people on the forums. Either way i got a little tipsy tonight and im jabbering on.

I think you are on the right track now. You definitely need to learn the ropes before you start a paysite.

Freesites are a good place to start.

I think you've also received some great advice on finding a niche to push. The general rule of thumb is if you like a niche, you'll be able to sell it better. You'll know what the surfers want because you like it a lot too.
