Where can I get a free screen capture program?

I use to have a fairly new paint shop pro program that had the option to take screen captures from your browser page.

But now I have an older version, and I see no way to do that. Can anyone point me to a free tool that will let me capture an image, or rather an area from your browser page?

Well slap me silly! I just figured out how to use the print screen button on my computer. I never knew you could do that.

Nope, I'm not ashamed to say I never, ever noticed it. Hell I have lots of buttons on this key board that I have no idea what they do.

None of my friends know about the print screen function. But then, most of them don't even know how to save a picture.

It's a hold over from when you would actually use that to print.

If you want to save the whole page, and not only a prt screen then screengrab add-on for FF is a good option.

Thanks Viking. I actually needed that this morning since I had to paste several images together in photoshop to get whole page.

But that will definitely come in handy in the future.
