WordPress Help
On my wp blog in the side bar i have a category's section that i use to file the post under ex. lesbian, big asses, blowjobs. so when you click on a category it takes you to that section with post about big asses for example. the problem is the banners and links in the side bars stay the same for every category. how do i set it up so the banners/side bars change form category to category. i hope i explained what im looking to do well.

Hi there. Yeah I know what your asking. It's a bit complicated if you don't know php too much. You can do it, you have to make sidebar templates.
It's the same as making a new page template, do you know how to do that? There is a section in wp docs that tells how, but to me it's confusing. Go to the wp docs, then type in new sidebar or something like that in search. I never took the time to learn how to do it, but it can be done.

Bill is correct.
You start by creating a category, then you have to duplicate the archive.php(or category.php) file and name it according to the categories ID. Say you only have archive.php file, then duplicate it, and rename it 'category-"ID-number".php' This page might be more helpful than i am: http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates
