How do you redirect traffic from another site?

On my mainstream transgender blog I am doing very well with seo words. Too well in fact. I have made post talking about porn in the transgender and crossdresser community.

As a result I have search hits of:
crossdresser porn
transvestite porn
crossdresser sex

and so on. I would love to redirect this traffic to my CD site, as it's worthless on my mainstream one. I know a lot of people do it, and I know it's done with .htaccess.

But I have no idea what the code looks like. Can anyone just paste what it looks like to direct a seo hit for a search term to another site?

HHmmm, ok been doing some studying. I guess you can't redirect the search phase, but you can redirect the pages that is making the search hits.

So I guess I would do a 301 redo on the pages that make those search words come up?

But will that make my ranking go down once goggle sees that they are getting sent to another site?

Damn, that's what I thought. So I take it what your saying is, don't do it!

It's just too bad to see all those hits wasted when I have a site perfect for that traffic!

I could make a link to my other site on that page, but then I will have linked my two sites, and I don't think I should do that.

I don't think that that is wasted traffic, if someone is interested in crossdressing porn it would make sense that they could like sexy bilinda's take on the world.

Hmm. The way you describe it, I'd think you would have to put in a 301 in your htaccess file for each of those forum posts that mentions those search strings, which would be kind of insane. Like BD said, it's not wasted traffic, you can always put up links to the porn site in forum posts so there's really no need for a redirect.

Thanks nolimits4, but like balls said, if I do that then the page will go down in the search hits cause it now is going to the other site.

I'll just use a picture of a CD star in the post, with just that one picture a link with my ref code in it.
