Why would someone mirror my site?

Somebody has completely mirrored my site. dadscloset is mine and someone created dadecloset 5 days ago. The only way I knew about it is I'm seeing hits from dadecloset.com . Why would someone be doing this? What do they get out of it?

It looks like they copied your pages with your affiliate codes, so you should be happy.

Yeah I know but theres something about it that worries me. They did not go threw the trouble of setting this up to give me revenue. They are up to something I just cant figure out what there game is. I dont have a lot of traffic anyway maybe a 100 visitors a day.

If someone was just copying your design, they would drop the code in Dreamweaver or whatever, but the fact that they registered the domain?
