Meta for each blog post
I saw a WP plugin that will change the meta info for each blog post page. Is this necessary or overkill?

I assume you mean the seo all in one pack plug in. I use all the fields, including the meta. BUT, if all your post are just FHG post of the same type of stuff, I see no reason for it.
If however your making real post with different subjects then yes, it's a good idea. I copy the words I put in the tag field and paste them in the meta field.

I think that is the #1 most important plugin to have! It's super easy to use, sometimes you have to manually add code in the header I think.
But if you have the header page writable when you activate it, it will write itself in for you. At least that has been my case for the last 2 WP installs I've done. Getting way up there with lots of stuff on the first page of google, and only 4 months old. So it must be good!

I notice on the option page that it automatically generates a robot.txt file blogging archives and categories from being indexed.
So I needn't worry about generating a robots.txt file - Am I correct in assuming this?
