I started earning some money

For two years in playing with adult biz I have made 3 sales. It started on December 2007, I have earned 340 bucks , in January 2008 it was 600 bucks and i think in the next months it is going to be much more. When I will reach 1000 bucks per month I will try to write simply tutorial for newbies (written for newbies by a newbie) i think It will be more helpfull than tutorials written 4-5 years ago which have nothing to common with present adult biz.

I'm still a newbie some of you earn $600 in one day but there are thousands like me two years ago who earn nothing.

Some make $600 an hour.

It sounds like you've got it figured out. Congrats.

Indeed, congrats. I loaded my first site less than 4 weeks ago, and so far I've made less than $14 for a trial membership sold - that was nearly 2 weeks ago! By the way, it would cost about that to convert it to GB£ so I could spend it, if I drew it down.

So I'm looking forward to some progress over the next three or four months and it's great to hear of someone who really seems to be getting there. Well done and keep rubbing it in - it'll keep me working hard!

But yes, what is the way to make $600 in an hour is what I've been trying to figure out. I am sort of like the guy who posted this, probably doing about 300-400 per month.

Haha.... Don't we all wish to know the answer to that. I'm not sure who Hammer refers to about the 600$ per hour bit; Joe Francis? But anyway it takes a while to get the money flowing but once you see your profits increase on a regular basis then you know that whatever you're doing, you're on the right track, hence the original poster's point, and if you check out some of his earlier posts you'll see it's a bit of trial and error.

I can't comment on your making 3-400$ a month b/c it depends on how long you've been at it, what techniques you use and how all the other factors involved.

But MAYBE if I miraculously am making 600$ per hour by the end of '08, I'll send you a PM.

In all seriousness, keep trying different things and find out what works. There really is no easy answer.

Congratulations! It's always fantastic to finally figure things out and start seeing profits, especially when they are increasing.

So what do you think the keys to your success have been?

Consistency is the only thing it takes to get paid in adult. It's a simple thing really but takes some people a long time to figure it out.

Doesn't matter what you do, as long as it brings in some sales.. Once it does keep doing it over and over and over again.

Phuckbunny, there are more than just a couple of people that make $600 an hour and most of them aren't famous.

Congrats....it took me a year to make my first sale of about $10 if i remember right. It took another 2 more years till i started getting consistent monthly earnings. Now here i am almost 6 years later and im making about 150-200 a month. Although I do have to admit that I havent been as dedicated to learning this craft as I should have been over the years, I blame my lack of focus and extreme lazyiness, so im sure that that has negatively affected my earnings potential dramatically. So for all you newbies out there, stay focused and keep your eye on the prize. And for Christ sakes, don't be a lazy bastard like me!!

Just depends what you are after. If you just want some beer money I guess it's ok, but if you want to making a living you have to get focused.

IMO the hardest part is getting to the $1,500 to $3k marks once you get past that depending on what you are doing it becomes easier to grow your income (assuming you reinvest in your biz). That's if you are starting from nothing with no real investment. If you have start up money it's much easier.

The key move I made, was to buy an established TGP prior to prices going crazy. I paid $1,500 for the site and it made about $400 to $600 a month because it was taking free submissions.

I finally got tired of dealing with cheaters and reviewing galleries for a few hundred a month, so I changed to nothing but FHG's.. Well surprise surprise my income from that site shot up to $1200 to $1500 a month. It's grown in income since and I wouldn't sell the site for $20k if it was offered now.

I also built other sites and bought a few along the way. Lost my ass on a few I bought but I still figure I'm ahead of the game. Since then I've switched to mostly all blog stuff and my income keeps steadily growing.

I also did some gallery submitting but I hated it, so I stopped after a few months of agony.

I'm currently working on a new webmaster service for bloggers and I expect it to do very well. I hope to at the very least double my income with this new service. Im' really expecting it to do well and I'm getting pumped up about it.

The key is to find what works for you and do it well.

Well I don't want to let the cat out of the bag just yet, because I'm still waiting on the scripting to be finished and will take me a little time to get it going once that's done.

It will be a paid service but will make running blogs a little easier for serious webmasters whom can see the benefit. There is a gap that I noticed and I'm planning to fill it.

Interesting. I'd like to know more about it once you're done.
