The right thing to do is put up a warning page and label your stuff as for adults with ICRA or the such. Realistically unless you are using your warning page as a filter then you are risking that the SEs will see it as a doorway or little content, dupe content page and make it harder for your main page to indexed...
And BTW...you probably won't make any money with a new text TGP in the year 2008 :-)

A warning page would be a very good idea if you live in the U.S., even if it is a text only TGP. If you don't live in the U.S. it would still be the "right" thing to do because even though the links to the galleries will be text links you will probably still have nude banners. It also gives you another page to SEO.
 My new years resolution for 2008 is to no longer warn people about how hard it is to start a TGP with no previous experience, so I won't say that.
