content site design

hi guys and happy new year to everybody.
i have recently opened up my own content site at www.adultedit.net and would like to know firstly what everbody thinks about it (there is a lot more sets to go up as yet along with videos, and secondly what would everybody recomend as the best people to deal with as far as billing is concerned.

My thoughts are that the site is extremely hard to navigate. It took me a while to figure out that I had to click that little "surfers" button in order to get to the content site. Then once I got there it was another headache just trying to get around. Then to make matters worse, after all that effort I went through, the sample pics were a bit blurred/fuzzy. I would redo the entire site.... just my thoughts.

I don't like sites where I have to scroll horizontally to view all of the page, as on your landing page where the link above takes us. The reason for it in this case is images placed in table cells, badly. Not to put too fine a point on it, that's just plain bad design.

For a UK audience, your local is the pub you frequent more than any other. It is your locale which determines laws, customs and practice. As someone living in England and with a name not obviously foreign, I'd have expected you to know that.

I don't usually comment upon language usage because the standards on the web are generally very low. Believe it or not, worse among the British than most other English speaking countries. But 'your local' in that context is an inexcusable gaff which I strongly recommend you correct. IMHO, you'd be better off rephrasing it altogether.

You would definitely be smart to hire a professional to design the site from scratch for you. Webmasters will certainly make assumptions about the quality of your work based on the quality of your website.

If you can get Horney to do the design work for you, it sounds like you might be able to work it out in trade because she sounds like one horny girl and she seems to be nearby.
