but i cant get php, or javascript just too complicated for me. got a few books but i still cant get it. my question are their any site making money with straighyt html, css

What type of site are you hoping to run?

Depending on the site you want to work with, there are all kinds of free scripts you can use so that you never have to know the scripting languages yourself.

If you are going to run a HUGE paysite, you will probably have to purchase large scripts, but then you will have access to support for any problems and still won't need to know the languages yourself.

I really don't see any reason to know the scripting languages.

Hell I still have to copy/paste simple html code if I try anything custom, and yet I have totally redone my WP theme, and that's in php!

Like Monica said, you don't have to know the code, just like you don't have to be a mechanic to drive a car. Now, when you break down by the road it's nice to know a little bit about how to get it fixed, but you still don't need to know how to redo an engine, know what I mean?

Unless what you want to do is create custom scripts, you don't need to any of that IMHO. Someone who barely knows how to use Frontpage but knows how to generate traffic will make WAY more money than someone who is an expert coder but can't generate traffic. Plus, if you can generate traffic you can make enough money to pay people to do the things you can't do.
