How To Brand Images?

Hey i am trying to make the most out of everything i can. I see on alot of sites they add the name of their site or logo to their images. I think this is great idea so the people that have downloaded images from you will see your name next time they look at the image and come back to your site. I figure it can bring more traffic, maybe a small amount but every bit counts. Plus it will help people remember your site. I want to know how can i put my site name/logo on the bottom of my sets all at once.

Well that all depends on what kind of image editing program you have. Almost all programs like paint shop pro and up have some type of batch editing. What program do you have?

I use ACDsee. This is a great program and is easy to use.

I have Photoshop and ACDsee. Just learned how to resize using Photoshop that is easy to do. Don't know how i would Brand the images though.

When you say brand, do you mean watermark? You can watermark in ACDsee also.

In photoshop, you would need to create a file with the watermark, put it into the layers section when the image is open, drag and drop the watermark to the new picture and there ya go.

I'm sure you know how to do it for just one image. If your talking about a set just hit file>batch and go from there.

Ok i still don't get it. I opened 1 picture and put a textbox on it and my text. Then went to image processor to batch process the whole set. It didn't work. How do i create the watermark so i can drag n drop it? Then how do i process the full set?

Ooops sorry. I was up late that night and got it in my head you just wanted to resize and batch pics.
I use fireworks and have never been able to batch watermark.
I ended using this stand alone program. It works great with lots of options.
There's all sorts of them out there for under $30 for PC and Mac.
I'm sure it can be done on PS and Fireworks but I can't figure out how either.

I haven't used Fireworks for years, or I would tell you how it's done because I used to do it.

A good all round, simple to use image manipulation tool for 'Doze is Irfanview which is free to download and use for any purpose.
