google adsense now has Utube video ads you can use

I'm not sure if everyone already knows this or not, but I was checking out my adsense account today. Seems like you can post a Utube video in whatever catagory you want on your site, and they put an ad on it. If it gets clicked you get paid, just like an adsense ad.

I have momentarly given up on them. Today I am working on my picture gallery. My css takes over any html I make, so I am figuring out how to work with it. Should have a gallery by tonight,,,say around midnight!!!

I will tackle the RSS feeds tomorrow. How about you?

Well, as you know, I've been looking around for a good program to handle feeds and automate the process of cherry picking some of the posts to put into my blogs. So far... there was Autoblog pro which Porn Punk talked about; then there was the thing that Razor recommended.

I also found a plugin for WP called "reblog" which seemed to be glitchy and a pain the arse to install so I skipped that one though I may come back to it.

Finally I found a thing called blogbridge. It's both server and desktop based, and it allows you to manage your feeds and then select which articles you wish to post to your blog. It links back to the original author(s) and super idiot-friendly, though it has a lot of other features that helps syndicate the stuff to your blogs. Take a look.

Wow! That's just what the doctor ordered! For my mainstream sites this should add some extra umph! Now the final step is driving more mainstream traffic to the sites and blogs which I've been shopping around for and posted in another thread.

It's actually sort of lame. Youtube just pushes videos on to your site so you have limited control over what shows. I don't see how this would work on anything other than a junk site, but then again that describes 99% of adsense driven sites.

If you could pick clips and have ads displayed on those clips it would be much better IMHO.

Hmmm, in the instructions it says you could pick a catagory, I guess I have not read it all, nor got any videos yet. Yeah I would want to be able to pick the stuff I want. You mean they change the video from day to day??

Well, you can pick a catagory or a producer, but I think that is as specific as you can get. So I think the video would change which makes it somewhat useless for blogs.

I could be wrong but that's my understanding.

But you're right, if it was set up how you were thinking it would be great and I'm not sure why they are not doing it that way or maybe they will introduce that later.
