STD Legal Info + Hardcore

Hi all,

Does anyone have any links to an industry-standard STD Disclosure/Contract for hardcore shoots?

I have my first girl/girl video scene lined-up in the next few days and was so busy just getting the models/lights/PAs together that I forgot about the STD factor of hardcore.

My attorney doesn't deal with porn unfortunately (he just gets me out of misdemeanors, hehe), so I'm hoping to find a standard contract example to give him to read over and change as needed.

I have my standard modeling contract and 2257 supplement which I've used for a couple years for solo models, but nothing protecting me from accusations of facilitating cooties.

Also, I'm not requiring them to go to AIM in SF, but left it optional (and HIGHLY encouraged) for both when I recruited them.

Jamie,

If your standard modeling contract doesn't contain the sort of provisions you've identified in your post, it sounds like it needs to be updated.

I have forms that I use for my clients, but I wouldn't exactly call them "standard" - each one gets customized a bit for the particular needs of the client.
