Hosting Sponsors and revshare OH MY!

Well I finally got my software woes taken care of. Now I am looking to get my ducks in a row. Within the next week I will be purchasing my domains, hosting, content and choosing sponsors to promote. I know this isn't a spam board but I would really like to hear from people on cozy who can provide these services for me. Or insight into good providers.

Domains - I have a few ideas but would like to purchase direct from hosting company. Just easier that way to me.

Hosting - Looking for a small starter plan, with plenty of room to grow.

Content - right now I am just looking for a few sets. Solo girls preferred, I want to be able to easily cut and paste them into backgrounds for use in photoshop gallery and site designs.

Sponsors - I'm open I have looked at everything from huge video archives, to mom and pop ccbill shops. Personality is important to me. I want sites that will be fun to promote.

I would say don't buy your domains from the same place you get your hosting. It just makes it easier if things go bad, and they generally do at some point.

For domain names I recommend GoDaddy.com. I have over 50 sites registered with them.
For hosting I recommend HostGator.com.

Thanks for the replies guys. Host Gator does sound very cost effective but unlimited B/W for $12.95....too good to be true?

For me customer service is paramount. I have emailed them several times and have always gotten excellent service - Very quickly. And the CPanel is fantastic for managing my domains.

I would agree that it is much better to use someone other than your hosting company to purchase domains. Also it is easier/cheaper to change hosts later if you choose to because you don't have to pay to transfer your domains you just have to change the name servers... I also really like godaddy and if you search the web you can find some coupons to get better prices on the domains. The customer service has been just fine when I have needed it.

For hosting I have been using Dreamhost and there are many coupons available for them. They recently got rid of the multiple plans they had in the past and now have 1 plan with 500GB storage and 5 TB transfer and you get pretty much unlimited everything (domains hosted, Databases...) It starts at $10.95 for the month to month plan and as low as $5.95/mo if you prepay for a ridiculous 10 years... They also give you a free domain registration.

You can find many coupons for them by searching the web or check my sig.
