I hope all you regular cozy people will take the time to read this. I consider a lot of you to be friends, and I really want your input on a new idea I have. As all you regulars know, I started, then stopped, doing porn a long time ago. I now just have a mainstream site, do "regular" jobs and hang out here because it's a fun place with great people!

A while back, Christmas to be exact, I shaved myself, put on a maid outfit with wig and makeup as a "gift" for my two lesbians friends, who are very close to me. I had NEVER done anything like that before. They were surprised at how,, uh,,, sexy I looked! Well, I got a kick out of doing that for them. They took pics and told their friends. They asked me to dress up again, one thing led to another, and now I have been "Billinda" quite a few times, with lots of costumes, full makeup, earrings, stockings, everything a cross dresser would wear.

We live in Orlando and there is a popular gay bar here that has drag shows. They said Bilinda looks better than some of those performers, and I still have not gotten real serious about doing a great job and looking fem.

Soooo, we have been talking about doing a porn site staring BILLINDA!!! They have the cash, are willing to do the camera work, props and all. One can even use her state biz license. I have my own merchant account, they have a house with a 6 ft. backyard fence for lots of shoots outside or stages. They are great with money, something I lack terribly! All in all it seems like a good fit. I will not lie, I'd get a kick out of them shooting me too!

I have talked to Lana about this, and she thinks it might work. My big question is, what the hell would a site like that fit under??? I know a unque one would work the best, and this sure would be one of a kind! I was thinking of it being a site about Billinda and her misadventures. Each episode she would be in a new outfit like a nurse, snow white, etc. Then she would find herself in a sexual situation. I would like to keep it humorous, kinda like a xrated mad tv! Lana has a different idea, so not sure yet.

As to what I'm willing to do, I will do full nudity, even hardcore sex, with guys and girls! I am straight, but If I'm "Billinda" I am willing to do anything, if the payoff is there!!!! Your market would definately be gay - shemale oriented, and i think that theming the sets makes perfect sense.

I'd start by producing yourself some content and starting the design, sounds like this will be a work in progress for a little while.

I think that adding stories and misadventures will attract a good audience and if you are going to keep the content updated you have a hell of a shot.

Yeah I see your point, I think I'm listed under "other". I once let a lesbo do me up the ass when I was young, so I guess I just got an open mind. I do prefer hot babes though, I'd never do guys outside the site.

But really Hammer, I value your opinion greatly, as do all the cozy members. So what do you think of the chances of something like this? The one thing porn sites seem to lack is humour and that sense of normality especially with fetish.
I find some producers make stuff for the money not being into or understanding the fetish and forget that there customers are buying it because they are into it.

The markets going to be gay but what niches in that depends on the content.

Whilst reading the post I was thinking solo site showing the real Billinda and developing the character and her fetishes theres so many things that can be done.

I have seen jamesadlerxxx and was going to suggest it as a link its ok it has most of what people want to see but lacks any sort of personality.

I don't want to rain on your parade and who knows, I might be wrong, but my personal opinion is that the site would be a flop. This isn't tranny, it's cross dressing, and although there is a market for cross dressing, it's nowhere near the size of the tranny market.

The tranny niche is successful because it appeals to a lot of guys that otherwise consider themselves to be straight. They don't like lookiing at guys -- whether they're dressed up as women or men -- they like looking at what they convince themselves are women that happen to have a dick.

You also would not do well with gay traffic because most gays don't like women or men dressed as women. Gays like to pretend to be women sometimes (drag queens), but gay men don't get sexually aroused by a Barbara Streisand impersonator.

So, what you'll have will be a guy that isn't feminine looking in any way, even if you do lose the gut, dressing as a woman in a campy cross dressing sort of way and I don't see how a site like that can maintain a following.

Lana's site succeeds because men like her and are into lingerie and get off on it. I'm not sure how many guys would jerk off looking at pics and vids of Bilinda and IMO, once the humor aspect wears off, there won't be anything to keep them rebilling.

Lana suggested I show the members the real me, coming home from work. Then I go through the whole process of becoming Billinda, and finally getting off. She said it would appeal to the cross-dressers.

I don't think cross dressers get off on watching other cross dressers. They are simply men that enjoy wearing women's clothes. As for whether women would like it, I can't say, but I can tell you that very few sites that are designed to cater to women succeed. There just aren't enough women that are willing to pay to look at porn.

A few of my tranny sponsors have started opening Xdress sites and they seem to do pretty good if you get the right traffic, and that's the key.

Xdressers do not consider themselves gay, just like guys who like shemales.

I have found xdress stuff works on shemale traffic just fine.

Hi there mynameisjim! So the sites you refer to, what does the guy or guys do? Just wear womens stuff and jack off? I assume they don't do any gay sex since you say they don't see themselves as gay? Could you post a link to one of the sites so I could see what your talking about?

Most of it is just solo guys stroking off. But occasionaly there is guy/guy stuff and femdom stuff like strap ons.

Also, you may want to think about just starting a portal type site that is run by you, a crossdresser and you review sites, have a forum, and post news to the xdress community. If you build a trusted following in that niche you can really be in a good position to sell.

I think Jim's suggestion to make it a site that is more than just Bilinda is a good one. My comments have all been based on the assumption that you are talking about making Bilinda a solo model site.

Perhaps the first step would be to start a cross dresser, transexual, transgender blog and feature Bilinda as the owner of the site. Once in awhile post some vids or pics of Bilinda and see what kind of reaction you get. If you begin to see a following building for Bilinda, then you might want to consider building a pay site, but I wouldn't jump right in.

Remember, your biggest problem so far with your other ventures has been your inability to generate enough traffic and a profit and it's not like a cross dressing site is going to build traffic all by itself.

But, running a blog and slipping in some Bilinda stuff once in awhile won't really cost you anything and will also give you the ability to generate traffic from a much broader audience if you cover trannies as well.

I think the idea of starting a blog about cross dressing and using bilinda as the sites "mascot/owner" would be an awesome idea. you could also make a few bucks as a affiliate as you build your traffic, also if you can't sell the affiliates with the site then you probably won't be able to sell your own site.... I think it would be a good starting point.

Weeee, see, THIS is why I hang out here, so many knowledgeable people! The blog thingy is a great idea. I would have to generate traffic anyways if I did have a paysite, so that would be the first step. Make it Billinda's blog n party spot for gays, cross-dressers n trannies! Try to make Billinda's personality come through, give it a personal touch, build a following while having sponsors, affiliates and some ads.

Then once she gets a following announce that she is working on her own site, throw out some pics and short vids as a preview now and then. Then finally if it all looks good open the site and see what happens.

In the meantime I can shoot some pics and vids, get content of her for the site. It will take a while anyway. Maybe I can find others close by with the blog to include them to, kinda fill it out, while keeping Billinda the main ringmaster so to speak.

I just wanted to jump in and say that I also think starting with a blog is a good way to go.

Posting photos of yourself as Bilinda will bring in traffic because you'll be offering something other blogs don't, and on top of that you can post and make money from spnosor programs.

I think there is a market for Bilinda though and that an eventual move toward a paysite might be profitable. There are people who enjoy watching men dress as women, and there are people who enjoy dominating men in that fashion.
