What design is better

Hello guys, how is everybody doing?
Some of you may remember my site:

I rebuilt my escort site to help and promote my pay site:

Then I did few designs for www.sweet-alice.com
What do you think, which one is better? What should I use?

These days I have apporx. 300 unique visitors per day.
I dont have a traffic and I dont like that my banner farm either!

You have some alignment issues on your join and tour buttons. Also, on one of them my IP shows up in the upper left hand corner which will probably turn people off. I didn't look at your code but I would drop that out...

When you consider the hours and hours she's spent trying to design the sit herself and still not coming close to having something that can make much money, IMO, it's a no brainer. There are plenty of designers working in her part of the world that could do a kick ass tour for her for a few hundred bucks and she could make that back in a very short time.

Allice, I think this was mentioned in the last thread but if you have a very tight budget, think about going with a just a well designed header and footer, then just fill the middle with large pictures that link to short video clips which would make for a standard contemporary tour. Of course, you can probably get a full one page tour made for about the same price but it's an option if you are really really tight on money.

As for running your own site, the members area doesn't have to look really sharp so you can do that yourself, it just has to be easy to navigate, which doesn't take a designer. The only thing that takes a designer is the tour, IMHO. Of course, having a cool members area can't hurt but most people just want to be able to find the content easily and without getting confused.

By the way, the new sites do look better so it wasn't a total waste and I'm sure you learned quite a bit. They're just not quite up to par when you want to maximize sales and compete with other sites.

Alice, I commend you for trying, but in any business, one needs to identify their strong points and their weak points and hire people to do the things that we aren't good at. There is no reason in the world why a model should be expected to be a good designer in order to have a successful website.

The hard part for anyone is getting traffic. The next hardest part is getting good exclusive content. You are lucky, because you are your own content and you have something no one else has. You.

Once you get a nice tour design, you can concentrate on producing content and marketing the website, because right now you're wasting a lot of that time on something you don't need to be worrying about.

The skills you have will serve you well for building smaller sites like freesites and TGP galleries and other feeder pages which don't need to look great in order to work, and in most cases actually work better if they don't look polished and professionally produced.

I would be happy to help you fiind a good designer that can do a design that's within your budget. PM me and let me know what you can afford and I'll see what I can do.

p.s. With a good tour design, you will be able to raise your price, because right now it's too low. That should help you make the money you spend on the design back quickly, just in the extra money you'll make from raising the price.

My point all along has been that sending traffic to a tour that won't convert is a waste of time. The first thing you need to do is get a tour that will convert, then start driving traffic.

One of the most important considerations when having the new tour designed is good SEO so you can get plenty of search engine traffic. If the designer you pick doesn't know anything about SEO, you'll lose out on a lot of valuable traffic.

You need to start building and submitting freesites to the linklists.

I suggest that you consider starting a blog and talking about things you like and use that blog to promote your pay site, among other things.

Find places to buy advertising for single model amateur sites.

Get listed on some good amateur toplists and then find ways to drive traffic to those toplists. Don't put the link on your tour, but instead put them on a blog on the same domain as your tour and freesites and other feeder sites that are on the same domain as your tour.

You asked about SC in your PM and personally I don't like that program at all, but, if you don't have time to market your site, that may be the only option left to you.

Unfortunately, it seems that you have been under the impression that all you needed to do was to put up a website and you'd get traffic and make money. That is the mistake lots of newbies make, because marketing is the #1 thing any web site owner needs to learn, once they have a site worth marketing.

How do you know what will convert until you get enough traffic to test your theories out?

Experienced WMs like Hammer have an eye for what will or won't. If you are new it is hard to tell and takes time particularly if you aren't getting much traffic. Put yourself in the surfer's chair and think would I pull my credit card out for this? Would I like it enough to let it rebill?

Traffic is King...even if you build the worst shit with the worst ratios. With that being said there is a big difference in traffic too. If you have enough traffic you will make some money and then you learn to maximize it...either tweak your traffic or your product.

Pornpunk, you asked a good question, but in this case it's neither here nor there since we're talking about a woman that already has a site and she's the content. In her case, it makes no sense to spend the time and effort generating more traffic until her site converts the traffic it's already getting.

Now, in the case of someone promoting other people's sites, like you and most webmasters, deciding which ones to promote is best learned once you have some traffic and other than intuition the best way to find out is to send some traffic to a site for a while and see how it does.

Like Jonnydoe said, pick sites you like personally and the ones that have tours that make you feel like pulling out your credit card. Once you've found some sites that convert and your traffic pick up to the point where you can promote several sponsor's, then you can start being more selective and drop the ones that work OK but not great.

Remember, that even good sponsors have sites that have been around a while and may not convert as well for you so you should always be on the lookout for new sites.
