SE Submissions

Hello everyone,

I've been submitting my daily galleries to these search engine sites for a very long time now.

http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl

https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit

I still can't seem to get any extra traffic from these submissions.

Is it worth even doing so?

nope, the big search engines will crawl your page as long as you link it from an indexed page. No need to submit.

You don't need to submit your sites to search engines. They will index your pages automatically as they crawl the web. It's no wonder they don't index your gallery pages because seach engines read text and galleries are full of pictures. Submit your galleries to TGPs, not SEs.

I guess I won't bother anymore. I do submit to TGPs. Just trying to figure out how to get more traffic. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Linkdumps, put them up on you're blogs, list them at you're fake TGP's, dump them in groups, forums, social networks.

Those are not your galleries, they are free hosted galleries. Big difference!

Actually it's a script from a sponsor. I guess I'll start adding my "real" galleries to my hub...hopefully in a few months it'll start paying off.

Free hosted galleries. Use your hand made galleries primarily and FHGs for filler.

Hi Machiavelli,

No I'm not a Tico. I live in London, Canada, but I am planning my first visit in October, than another in Jan. 2008, and most likely one or two more times to look for a place to live. My last life long dream is to live in paradise. Evidently, Costa Rica is "the jewel of Central America".

Why, are you from there? If so, I would like to talk more about this.

I was born in New York so I suppose that would make me Costa Rican-American lol My family is Costa Rican though and alot of them still live there. I go to CR once a year though not since 2005. I been to most of the country and yes it is the jewel of Central America. The Switzerland of CA you can say. If you wish to visit the beaches , visit the Pacific side only. Three beaches I recommend are Jaco, Hermosa and Coco.

Re; "the beaches" yes, I have my eye on the south Pacific side already. Got an old buddy living in San Asidro for 4 years now. I would really appreciate if you can point me to some "contacts" of yours as I plan to buy a house and/or invest in a business there. PM me please.
