Cropping/Resizing Script Automation for TGP photos
I remembering reading somewhere that some of you TGP submitters use Photoshop scripts to automatically crop your photos.
I was just wondering about how do you ensure that the photos cropped will look good. For example, does cropping and resizing the middle 80% of your photos work well enough? I know for 1-2 galleries a day it's ok to crop manually. But what if you are submitting 1-2 galleries EACH for 8 different domains every day? In that case, I think manually cropping photos might make you go insane due to boredom and repitition. I've figured out how to automate everything except for cropping/resizing photos. So I'm a little anxious to hear how everyone else does it. Thanks. |

I think he is reffering to a TGP script that auto crops the thumbs for you.
I know my buddy uses the auto thumb function then manually reviews the pics so he can re-thumb the poor captures. I don't know of any script that will give you perfect thumbs every time with automation.

Most of the time i am not cropping them, just ensure that the orig. picture is nice enough. Handcropping will allways lead to the best results no matter what then.

flasko you wouldn't happen to be using multiple identities to get that many galleries out would you? tgp owners have some pretty sophisticated methods to detect such practices...

no, I only have one domain.
But there are TGPs that require submitters to have more than one domain. For example: http://www.nextpicturez.com/partner-request.html |
