I wish i could see some blue, but the only thing i see is green, green grass, green trees, and nothing else, well some cows some horses and the blue sky. But it is also has its charms and i'm certainly not complaining

Here's a picture that was taken out my front window recently. On the other side of the street behind that grass is a large tall barrier wall that blocks sound from a busy street on the other side. Not very beautiful.

This was night before last (Friday Evening around 9:15pm), in Oakland, from my roof garden.

fstop: 13
Shutter speed ~ 2 second
focal length ~ about 28mm
Nikon D70s

I set a tripod on the roof, and managed to get a couple with better focus, but I like this one due to the flare on the moon.

I hear you. Right now, my place isn't so bad, but my view is a back alley, so if I look out at the wrong time, I can catch a bum dropping his shorts and taking a dump.

When I was staying in Hollywood, I had an awesome view of the Hollywood sign, but my place was such a dump all you wanted to do was stare out the window.
