Need 50 thumbnails from 50 diffrent videos

Hey guys I want to add rookiebabe movies to my site but I need to get a thumbnail from each one. I normally input into movie maker and pump them out one a time.

I need the easyist best way to take 50 videos and get a thumbnail from each one. im open for ideas.

Just take a screen shot from the video.

or load the clip in your video editing program and export a still.

no matter what you do it's going to take some time to select the appropriate thumb.

Hi guys, Speaking of screen shots. In Windows if I take a screen shot I normally have to stick in a Word file which has limited editing features.

For editing is there another program out there I can use?

Someone suggested Powerpoint.

Hyballs, use Photoshop. If you do a print screen, and then open a new file, it will default to the size of the clipboard, then just paste and crop as needed. If you don't have photoshop, I have heard that Gimp has most of the same features and is free.

Hi gr8, I have the GIMP installed but sadly haven't had time to learn much about it. Maybe I should pull my finger out of my arse and spend an hour a day to get to know it! Afterall, what real adult webmaster only works 12 hour days. People gunna start callin me a part-timer!

I use gadwin printscreen and open the bmp in PS...autolevels...crop...size...sharpen. ..save for the web.

Hi jonny, I checked it out and it looks good. But the license is US$49.95 a year so you'd want be using it daily to get your moneys worth!

One other thing I started using is Coffee Cup (CC) Website Font. It allows you to create a header with a font (lots avail) to use on the web even if the surfer doen't have that font on his box.

Which I did, opened it started reading User guide and was totally confused by the end of the first page! But I understood what it was because of CC Website Font. So I deleted it and when back to CC! It works, I am happy!

Now, whats the bad new about sIFR?

in my oppionion its the easiest way to get screen shots of anything on your system. It takes all of 2 mins to setup and any time i want a screen shot i hit 2 hotkeys and select the area to capture. with another click i have an image file in my documnets with the cropped screen shot.

this isn't a tool that you need to have, but it is a tool i am very happy to use and have available.
