Hi guys, how is everybody doing?
Finilly I have finished new face lift of my site.

Basicly, I did everything what you advice me to do:
-I changed intro text
-I did complete new free tour
-deleted free gallery page
I would like to ask:
-how much should I ask if I have approx 4 thousand photos
and 21 videos /lenght up to 10 min/?
I am thinking about 14.95$ - sounds that OK to you?
-index pop up rotator? Keep it,or get rid of it?
-how to improve my traffic? Where you think is my bigist traffic leak?
-in June I made 5 sales and gets 6208 visits.
Any comment, advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

Hmmm ... Hi Allice, it's better but really not all that different.
I think the biggest thing you should change, which would also be the easiest, is the colour. The blue text on blue background seems cold. Reds, pinks, whites, yellows etc will seem warmer - therefore sexier. Your pics have been removed from the background so it's just you on blue. Again stark looking. Maybe have the set it was shot in also in the background to add some intimacy.
Your teaser vids don't play on either of my computers.
MPG format can be iffy and unstable. Convert your videos to WMV using Windows Media Encoder , it's free and will play on most anyones computer.
No disrespect, but the world speaks English. You're Slovakian. If I was to market a site in Slovakia, I would hire someone fluent in the language to convey my message better. Someone speaking poor English with an accent is charming but it doesn't work so well with text.
The site looks better but it still needs work.
Don't despair though Allice. I was sent back to the drawing board a few times before my site was given a passing grade.
Just keep fine tuning with help from the guys and you'll get there.

I think it's great when people try to build their own websites, but in many cases -- especially with a pay site -- I think at some point it's best to admit your limitations and realize that some of us went to school to learn to design stuff and are good at it, and know how to design websites that will sell. I'd recommend hiring a professional website designer. They work very cheap in your part of the world.

It makes a lot of sense for people that want to run adult websites to learn how to build TGP galleries and freesites to use to promote their pay sites, but those types of sites are relatively easy to build and actually work better if they aren't too professional looking. On the other hand, pay sites usually don't.

Alice, it looks like you spent a good amount of time making those changes and I know coming here and hearing a few negative comments can sort of take the wind out of your sails.

But the advice is pretty good, just don't take it personal since it's all coming from people who were in a bit over their head at one point as well.

If you get a designer to put together a decent tour your conversions will go up quite a bit and you should be able to recoup those costs pretty quick so it might be worth considering before you give up.

I dont take it personally at all. I am not hurt. The point is, if I will see that site is working earnig some money, then I can work on design, which I admit is not great.
Remember I wanted to switch to SC sites, you all incouraged me to do some changes - it seems to me that now it is even worse then before. I was thinking to close my site before your comments.

sounds like you have a good amount of content for a solo site. I would charge between $19.95 and $24.95 (puts you in the same class as other high quality solo model sites).

I would say that your tour has to be tightened up a bunch. I don't know what type of buget you are on, but getting a professional designer to make you a page would pay for itself rather quickly.

you are converting at about 1:1200 which is not the best for a paysite. I think a tour revamp would increase your conversion substantially.

I'll leave the other questions up to others.

Hi there Alice,

I think you have a good start. Here's my advice:

1) Change the background color on your tour. I agree that a lavendar color would look really good, but any warm color is nicer than blue.

2) Make it so people don't have to scroll down to get to the "join" and "free tour" buttons on that first page.

3) Get rid of the Friends page on your tour. Keep that inside your member's area only so that only the people who have paid for your site can choose to leave it for someone else's.

4) If you want to tighten up your design but not spend too much money, just pay a designer to make a header for your tour. It should have imagery and the title of your site and you can use it along the top of every page.

And you are quite beautiful and have a really great pair of boobs. I've noticed from my own sites that a nice pair of boobs goes a long way in selling porn. I think you should have a big picture featuring them somehow, like just them and some soapy water?

If you keep playing with the tour yourself you might make it look better but you might not, and I predict that even if you do increase your conversions, they still won't be anything to brag about. On the other hand, if you pay a professional designer a few hundred bucks to redo the tour, you could see conversions of 1:300. That would be a 400% improvement over what you're doing now and would pay for itself in a short time.

I agree with Balls Deep and with that much content would recommend charging $19.95 at least and probably $24.95. One of the most important things to remember about setting the price is to avoid making the surfer think that since your price is cheaper than your competitors, that there must be a reason.

I noticed that some site indicate they sent me lot of hits, but I dont see them in the stats. Should I take them off?
