Best converting traffic?

A bit of a kindergarden topic, but just to rehash, what converts best from where it comes from?

1. TGP - worst
2. SE - best
3. Free sites on link lists- decent

Now we've been working with #2 as a truism, but is that really the case? Couldn't someone just google the fuck out google to find that one specific thing they're looking for endlessly?

I would say SE is undisputed as the best converter. Problem is getting your page to any significant position to get that type of traffic for specific keywords.

SE traffic does best for me.

However sponsor specific searches can sometimes be surfers just looking for free samples. I've found this especially true of solo girl sites where you get a ton of searches but they don't convert. But then again solo girl sites never seem to convert for me.

i get almost no searches on my latest blog but i am getting converting traffic from linklist, and my various exchanges. As soon as i get out of the sandbox I'll know more about my strings but for now i'm barely hitting 300 strings per month.

i'm having some luck with solo girl sites, but then again i have a pretty refined niche with a select amount of models available, and some of the solo model sites in my niche are just plain better than the multi-model sites.

Right on the (lack of) money, Jim. I get SE hits for my solo girls that never convert as the example I pointed out, same goes for the well branded sponsors, let's use bangbros and abby winters as two examples. If the surfer knows who those two are, and has already seen the shitload of available content, if and when he decides to pull out the plastic and actually sign up for BB or AW, he will go straight to the whorse's mouth and it probably won't be through one of our sites.

On a related note I'm still dealing with google woes. I'm getting ready to launch a bunch more blogs, but with the one I was doing well with, I'm up to google pr 4, but still most of my SE traffic is from msn and yahoo and mostly jack shit from google.com! (Though I'm getting a bit from google canada and sweden, if that makes any difference).

How are your tranny conversions, Jim? I want to start more work on that niche but that seems oversaturated as well.

I'm not planning a tranny site, but it is probably the largest niche i see under new submissions anywhere. It seems like someone said trannys convert and everyone is jumping on the bus.

No worries here though, I couldn't stare at that all day. Props to those of you who can, i hear it converts .

i don't want to start competition but my niche is still rather fresh and growing every day. I think i'm glad i am getting into it now.

Seems like the punk/goth niche is still growing. I think there was a write-up recently in one of the adult industry mags about it. I would probably give that niche a try but I don't want Balls_Deep to sick that furry spider on me.

As for the tranny niche, it converts for me but no better than any other niche.

More people are jumping in but if you don't sell it right and cultivate the right traffic it won't do well.

I'm starting a new set of niche blogs right now and I spent about two weeks lurking on surfer message boards to get a feel for the niche, the terms, things like that. Doing a little homework helps IMHO.

As far as the niche goes, I'm all for you jumping in Jim. I've got 8 months on you in my niche, and would love to steal your ideas that I haven't figured out yet, hell i have half a notion my sponsors are watching me, based on my early updates to their later updates.

I think we all have a place here but it's getting to the point where you need to be somewhat creative no matter what you choose. Even though I have a small base niche, if i want strings or traffic from a list I need to specify either on my name or my description.

Damn, My niche is unsaturated... I have no advise...

I can say that the solo sites are better converting for me... However I am seeing some HAIRY punk/goth chicks all over and I gotta say that I really dislike looking at it, and that usually mean the site will do well...

For me, oddly enough, panties is slowly building in best converting. Seems to be doing well but thats just me.

Best converting is, and will be, SE traffic. It is noobs to the net (in most cases) and they will follow you're advice, so be sure to explain to them what to click, and what not to click.

Next: upsell from a members area is great traffic.
Next: PPC baught from SE's
Next: SE pages/sites
Next: (from) toplists
Next : (traffic from) linklists
Next : (traffic from) TGP's
Next : (traffic from) picposts
Next : (traffic from) linkdumps
Next : (traffic from) groups (yahoo, google etc.)
Next : P2P traffic
Next : "Tube" traffic (IMO it is mostly branding)

If you own someting of these, it will make you below you're (traffic from) rating.

P.S. This is my opinion....and anyone can have different experience.
