Shooting Girls Gone Wild Type
of material. What type of model release you need?
Also you just need a picture of them holding there photo ID? |

Ask an attorney. Considering what is happening to Joe Francis right now, getting legal advice anywhere else is just plaint nuts.

I second what Hammer said. A lawyer is an absolute MUST.

A lawyer is probably your best bet.
As far as Joe Francis, he would not be in any trouble if he didn't film 16 year old girls, then have sex with 17 year old girls, then tell the girls to basically "fuck off" when he was ordered to reach a settlement with them to avoid jail time. Oh yea, and not paying your taxes and bribing guards in foreign prisons doesn't help either. Point is, the Girls Gone Wild content is totally legal to shoot if you do it right. But doing it without consulting a lawyer is probably a bad idea. I don't watch cable much but didn't a second Girls Gone Wild knock-off come out for a while? Are they still around and advertising? |

IMO, Girls Gone Wild is a horrible concept not to mention a bad business model to base yourself on.
I'm too tired to even bring up the numerous reasons why for the former or the latter. But if this is your shtick, don't tread water without an attorney. |
