Traffic Help

Hi Everyone,
I am in the process of shooting some really Hi-End content for my up coming site. This site is basically a babe / foot site. I am crazy enough to try this, but smart enough to know that without traffic I am dead.

I would like some help with understanding how this works. What I would like to do is hire a webmaster, or company to help push traffic. Is this possible?

I hear the term webmaster all the time and I am not sure what this term really means. I also hear the term affiliate program. ??????

So as you can see when it comes to this I am an idiot. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

hey titanion, welcome to cozy.

a webmaster is what those of us who run websites call ourselves. Example : I am the webmaster of my internet site. I run every aspect of the site.

an affiliate program is what a number of us use to generate income from sponsors. Basically you promote their material on your site and if someone buys from them through your link they will pay you X amount of money.

take a look at http://www.cozyfrog.com/ and read everything you can twice. Also there is a search function here on cozy in the menubar on top. try to search before posting and you will answer many of your own questions. Good Luck!

With your level of experience, I would recommend that you seriously reconsider starting your own pay site and take the time to learn the business first.

Right now you sound like someone telling us that you're getting ready to open a restaurant and asking us what a spatula is and whether you should serve red wine with fish.

It would definitely help you get more general knowledge about what this adult webmaster business is really about. If you can shoot content, maybe you could specialize in providing content, it could be easier to start and maybe not so hard to penetrate the market as it is with a paysite.
