Websites and risks of lawsuits

I have been planning on starting a hardcore as well as softcore reality site for some while. Just curious, even after you have crossed all your t's and i's, what are the risk of lawsuits and obscenities problems. What can you recommend one do to minimize these issues. thanks.

Anyone who is attempting a new venture that has the possibility of legal repercussions should already have a lawyer and ask him these type of questions. As a lawyer would be much more experienced and versed on rules, laws, risk, and regulations than anyone on cozy.

It was an excellent reply. We aren't here to provide you with free legal advice. Further, if you actually have the funds to start two reality sites, you certainly have the money to hire an attorney. Any legal advice you get on a webmaster board can easily be incorrect. Would you really risk going to prison because you followed advice you got from some webmasters?

Ask specific questions and some of us will attempt to answer them, but don't expect anyone to take a stab at answering a vague question like yours with anything other than telling you to hire an attorney.

Kind of a broad generalization since you've never seen his hardcore reality website.

If he's planning on doing a reality site about women that fuck donkeys and then play with poop, I'd say his odds would be considerably less favorable.

Legal advice is a good thing. What's erotica to me might be disgusting filth to you.

I thought my sites were pretty tame, female domination with some spanking, foot stuff and such. However some people are pretty offended by it.

Get your 2257 in order and be prepared to be judged by "the community standards." The vagueness in that is why lawyers make so much money.
